"2009 International Wellness Tourism Summit Forum, Wuyi, China” will be held in Wuyi, Zhejiang on Nov 18th-19th, 2009. You are welcomed to attend the forum, which is also the opening ceremony of “2009 Wuyi Hot Springs Tourism Festival”.  The forum is hosted by International Tourism Studies Association (ITSA), Zhejiang Wuyi Government and China News Press and Publication Housing, sponsored by Wuyi Tourism Bureau and Wuyi Science & Technology Bureau, and the forum coordinators are BES Planning and Design Institute, Tourism Department Of Zhejiang Education Institute, Zhejiang Tangfeng Hot Springs Institute, Zhejiang Shouxian Valley Rare Herbal Medicine Institute and Zhejiang Gengxiang Organic Tea Institute.

      The forum will invite international and Chinese scholars and experts major in wellness tourism and related fields to have a deeply discussion and communication around the theme of "Build the Worldwide Wellness Holy Land, Promote Human Life Quality” during the two days conference and investigation. Moreover, it will be divided into three concurrent breakout sessions to have a deeply and independent communication about the hot springs, organic tea and organic Chinese herbal medicine.

      Wuyi enjoys the fame as “The town of fluorite and hot springs”. It intends to build the international wellness tourism destination by cultivating industry chain of wellness tourism in hot springs, organic tea, organic Chinese herbal medicines, forest ecology, ancient architecture, cultural landscape etc.
