ITSA has had an excellent set of bylaws since its foundation in August 2006 in Hangzhou. These were composed and written by the Founding Members and have served the association well over its first four years. The revised bylaws reflect several new initiatives for ITSA and a regional re-organization by vice-presidencies.

A review of the bylaws was conducted at the General Meeting of members on December 1, 2010 at the Concord Hotel in Shah Alam, Malaysia. Following this meeting, a sub-committee prepared a revised draft of the bylaws and these were subsequently approved by the ITSA membership. A copy of the revised bylaws is available on this website.
