近年来,中国旅游业的发展可谓蒸蒸日上,即便是2009年的金融危机,对中国旅游业也是影响甚微。特别是随着2010年“国41号文件”的颁布、海南国际旅游岛国家战略的宣布、旅游立法的推进,为旅游及相关行业的进一步健康、快速发展,创造了前所未有的条件,旅游休闲产业成为新一轮的投资热点。与此同时,2010年刮起了“楼市四月风暴”,在房地产市场普遍悲观的情形下,旅游地产却一枝独秀。旅游与房地产相结合,逐渐得到了政府和企业的广泛认可,几平方公里、十几平方公里乃至数百平方公里的旅游导向型土地综合开发项目,正在各地热火朝天地展开。本次大会就是在这样的大背景之下召开的一个综合性论坛。 本次大会为期一天,北京大学旅游研究与规划中心主任、博导吴必虎教授为大会致欢迎辞,同时发布新理论“旅游导向型土地综合开发(TOLD)模型”。国家旅游局财务规划司司长吴文学、中国房地产业协会副会长朱中一到会讲话祝贺,中国房产信息集团联席执行总裁丁祖昱发表了题为“做中国最好的旅游地产全程服务商“的演讲,全球著名旅游服务与营销专家、美国普渡大学酒店与旅游管理系教授 Alastair M. Morrison与会分享旅游与地产完美结合的国际经典案例,海南省旅游发展委员会副主任 陈耀就建设国际旅游岛背景的旅游地产发展机遇进行演讲,成都市人民政府副秘书长、成都市旅游局局长邓工力发表“城乡一体化综合试验区与成都乡村度假旅游发展”的演讲。此外,还有众多政界、商界、学界的代表,参加了以“政府如何利用TOLD模式盘活城市的存量资源”、“度假酒店导向型土地综合开发”、“谁的地产被旅游照亮”等为主题的高端对话,探讨旅游地产在不断创新、发展中的新趋势。 另外,此次高峰论坛为旅游界的首本重要权威杂志《旅游规划与设计》创刊号召开新闻发布会,举行“北京大学出版社—大地风景出版中心“揭牌仪式,同时隆重举行2010旅游地产颁奖典礼。 据了解,本届大会共邀请了政界、学界、商界等领域30多位嘉宾到会发表演讲。来自国内外的旅游、地产、酒店等领域的资深专家、高级经理、专业人士、媒体人士以及政府官员和教育者约300人出席大会,交流经验,分享成果。
8月17日,由国际旅游学会(ITSA)、亚太旅游协会(PATA)、北京大学旅游研究与规划中心(CRTR)、中国房产信息集团、中国旅游地产服务集团共同主办,以“旅游导向型土地开发:理论·政策·案例”为主题的国际高峰论坛,在北京国家会议中心隆重开幕。

“Tourism Oriented Land Development (TOLD): Theory、Policy、Case” International Forum, jointly organized by International Tourism Studies Association (ITSA)、Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA)、Center for Recreation and Tourism Research, Peking University (CRTR)、China Real Estate Information Corporation(CRIC) and China Tourism Real Estate Service Group (CTRSG) has been successfully hosted by BES Consulting & Design at China National Conference Center on 17th August 2010 in Beijing China. More than 30 VIP guests from governments、industries、and academics were invited to the conference for significant speeches and around 300 senior experts、senior managers、media staffs from the field of tourism、real estate、hotel internationally and domestically attended the conference to share with achievements and communicate experiences.
In recent years, China’s tourism industry is flourishing. Even the financial crisis in 2009 had little effect on it. Especially the promulgation of “State Document No.41” 2010, the national strategy of Hainan international tourist island and the promotion of tourism legislation, have created unprecedented conditions for the healthy and rapid development of the tourism and related industries.
At the same time, with “the Storm of Property Market in April” in 2010, the real estate market is in the generally pessimistic consideration, but the tourism real estate is thriving all alone. The combination of Tourism and real estate become widely accepted by governments and enterprises gradually. The program of Tourism Oriented Land Development, with a few, a dozen, even hundreds of square kilometers, is in full swing to start all over.
Faced with this new item, the government and enterprises can glimpse its infinite potential indistinct. However, they also face a lot of confusion. With such a large area of land, how to develop it, not only being benefit to both the guarantee of government’s public supply and the people’s consumer demand of travel and leisure, but also satisfying the developer’s economical prospects? In the city, how to develop such a large area of land, to blend in the overall urban development system, and play the integrated functions of leisure, tourism, trade, exhibition, and so on. In rural areas, as a new developing area of land, how to use the comprehensive development of the natural history resources, theme tourism, landscape and real estate to realize the value of the land? What kind of reform and innovation by the government and enterprises will be required for such a large area of land?
Based on the concerns and responses of the question above, International Tourism Studies Association (ITSA)、Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA)、Center for Recreation and Tourism Research, Peking University (CRTR)、China Real Estate Information Corporation(CRIC) and China Tourism Real Estate Service Group (CTRSG) decided to jointly host the “Tourism Oriented Land Development (TOLD): Theory、Policy、Case” International Forum.
During the one-day conference, Prof. Bihu Wu, Director of CRTR (Center for Recreation and Tourism Research, Peking University) gave the welcoming address and raised the new theory of “Tourism Oriented Land Development (TOLD module)” meantime. Wen Xue Wu, Minister of Finance Planning of National Tourism Bureau、Zhongyi Zhu、Vice Director of China Real Estate Association came to the conference and gave congratulation speech. Zuyi Ding, CEO, China Real Estate Information Corporation held the speech of “To Be the Best Whole Course Service Provider of Tourism Real Estate in China”、Alastair Morrison, Global Famous Expert in Tourism Services and Marketing, Professor, Department of Hotel and Tourism Management, Purdue University USA have shared in some international cases perfectly integrated tourism with real estates. Yao Chen, Vice-dean of Hainan Province Tourism Development Committee addressed on “Tourism Real Estate Development Opportunity against the Backdrop of International Island Construction” and Gongli Deng, Deputy Secretary-General of Chengdu Municipal Government, Director of Chengdu Tourism Administration announced “Development Analysis for Urban-rural integration comprehensive reform trial place and rural vacation in Chengdu.” In addition, various delegates from governments、industries、and academics participated in top talks of “The developing road of building harmony city ”、”How to form the development subject of traveling resort hotel? ”、“Whose real estate is lightened by Tourism?”
Furthermore, the press conference for the 1st important and prestigious tourism journal ”Tourism Planning and Design” and the award ceremony have also been held at this conference.
