step1.Select category of your registration fee,enter into payment page.
  
On the top right page, you could select the preferred language.

step3. Entering into PAYPAL page, you are required to set up a PAYPAL account firstly,click "continue" to set up a PAYPAL account. (if you have already hold a PAYPAL account,please log on to pay on right part of the page).
  

step4. After click "continue" button, the registration page will come out. Kindly complete the registration form. Please note: all information should be matched with information on your credit card; leave your EMAIL box and set your PAYPAL password ( This password is your PAYPAL account password rather than your email password)
